A simple vegan chocolate mousse recipe that will blow your mind! In this recipe I have used silken tofu as it gives the mousse a wonderful smooth and creamy texture perfect for desserts. Silken tofu is made from soybeans and is relatively low in fat, very high in protein containing all essential amino acids (especially good for vegans/ vegetarians), high in iron, and calcium. If you have started to switch to a more plant-based diet and still wanting your chocolate fix then this recipe is for you!! enjoy xx
Vegan Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients

Thank you SO much for sharing this recipe! I made it in like 10 mins today and just finished eating it and it was AmaZE. Thank you again! Quick question, my fiancée is more of a vanilla fan then chocolate, do you think you could do a vanilla recipe? Xx
Deliciously in heaven,

Yay! so glad you liked it! Yum vanilla mousse sounds so good! I haven’t tried making a vanilla mousse before but i’m willing to give it a go! Maybe you could even try this recipe without the cacao and just add vanilla bean… I’ll see what I come up with though xx
